Rockport, Texas, arguably offers some of the best duck hunting in the state of Texas. Holding around 80 percent of the continental population of redheads, as many as 700,000 birds winter along the Texas Coast. Other than redheads, you will have ample opportunities at pintail, widgeon, teal, gadwall, blue bill and many other diving/puddle duck species.
THE CREW
Captain Mason Matejcek & Riggs the Labrador Retriever will be your guides for this coastal Texas waterfowl hunt. For the trip, we’ll be running a 20-foot Panther Airboat designed specifically for the Texas coast. Equipped with light bars, bucket seating, and a grass rake, you will be assured of a comfortable and exhilarating ride.
